About Google DeepMind
Google DeepMind is the AI research division of Alphabet, formed in 2023 by merging Google Brain and DeepMind. It is one of the world's premier AI research laboratories, responsible for breakthroughs ranging from AlphaGo (defeating the world Go champion) to AlphaFold (predicting the 3D structure of virtually every known protein).
